"I know how you feel".​

People say that a lot, but I really do know. How?  I have been living with fibromyalgia for most of my life. I understand how pain disrupts a persons life.

 

In my lifetime I found it very difficult to find dependable and comfortable places to receive care.  As such, I have made it my personal mission to provide what I can to others who are looking for someone for help. Someone who can relate to  and care. Caring goes a long way.

My experience includes:

39 +  years experience as a Birth Doula.  My certification is through DONA, Doulas of North America.

​

37+  years experience as a Childbirth Educator. My certification is through ICEA, International Childbirth Education Association.

​

39 +  years in prenatal & labor massage.

 

Approximately 13 years as a  Certified Massage therapist. 

​

A little more about me... My family moved from Santa Barbara/Los Angeles areas to Tuolumne County when I was nine, I’ve lived in Baltimore MD and Wyoming but  lived for most of my life here in T.C.

 

I have an amazing family including my husband, six children, four children-in-laws, seventeen  grandchildren and a 3 year old great-granddaughter. I love to spend time  gardening, I am an avid photographer,  I love the ocean/beach, I enjoy sewing, tai chi, musicals, Operas, dance and writing.

 

A lot of my time spent with my grandchildren is creating… painting, photography, building or whatever “project” we can think of.
